Oh hey, blogging world! The last quarter of 2019 quickly became a whirlwind, and blogging fell to the bottom of my to-do list. But, it’s a new year, and I have a goal of ACTUALLY blogging every wedding… which means I have a lot of catching up to do. You’ll have to bear with me for a minute, while we take a walk through memory lane. I promise it will be a beautiful walk though! 😉

Alden and Kameron got married October 5, 2019 at Highgrove Farms in South Georgia. It is one of my very favorite local venues. Though you can’t really tell by these images, we were in the middle of a tropical storm. Just what every bride dreams of for her wedding day, right?! Ha! Alden was so calm, joyful, and collected though. We made the absolute most of it, and we had the best day. Not even 5 minutes after they said, “I do,” and sealed it with a kiss, the sun came out. I kid you not, it was like a movie scene. We were all giddy and so thankful. It seemed like God parted the clouds just for us. I’m sure every other wedding photographer in Southern Georgia was thinking the same thing, but I’m pretty sure He did it just for us. 😉

I can’t end this blog post without giving Harper, their sweet Golden-doodle, honorable mention. Y’all, this dog is a character. She SMILES. I’m serious. Scroll down and see for yourself. I haven’t ever seen such a thing!

This day was so much fun, and reliving it today has made me smile so many times! Enjoy a small glimpse.
